Shipping, Handling and Postage Policies

Please note that the Shipping-rates for most Artwork, Product and/or Item we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such Artwork, Product and/or Item should be found on its Details page. To reflect the policies of the Shipping companies (ex. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 4 or 8 ounces (i.e. 115 or 230 grams) depending on the increment defined by applicable Shipping company. 

Shipping Policy

  • Artwork, Product and/or Item already in Inventory generally ship within 1 week (i.e. 5 business-days).

  • Artwork, Product and/or Item already NOT in Inventory could take 1-2 weeks to produce (i.e. 5-10 business-days), and then ships within 1 week (i.e. 5 business-days); for a total of 2-3 weeks (i.e. 10-15 business-days).

  • Feel free to reach out with any specific inquiries on timing

 

Lehzen Creations (a.k.a. Creaciones Lehzen) is responsible for Return Shipping Fees via Ground-Shipping (or First Class Mail if Ground-Shipping is not possible) and/or any other Replacement Fees whenever...:

  • We sent the wrong order, product/item

  • You receive any broken or defective product/item

  • You receive the incorrect design, artwork or any other characteristic in the product/item

 

Lehzen Creations (a.k.a. Creaciones Lehzen) does not refund Shipping-Fees if:

  • You choose the wrong size bracelets.

  • Personal reasons due to changed-mind, personal-taste, etc.

  • Personalized items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

 

Customers are responsible for Return-Postage-Fees and Replacement-Postage-Fees if:

  • There is any exchange of product/item due to any reason other than errors committed by us (as in the aforementioned bullets.)

 

Returns, Exchange, Cancellation and/or Refunds Policies

 

We exchange Artwork, Product, Item ONLY for the same Artwork, Product, Item if such Artwork, Product, Item exists and/or is/are possible to produce, otherwise, exchanges will be done for product/item of equal or lesser value.

  • We cannot guarantee that we will have the same Artwork(s), Product(s) and/or Item(s) available and/or are able to produce more of a particular Artwork(s), Product(s) and/or Item(s) in case of Exchanges.

  • Artwork, Product and/or Item that are being Returned for Refund have to be new and unworn. They must be kept in the original condition in which you received them.

  • We will credit the full value of your Purchase (i.e. amount paid for Artwork, Product and/or Item. Upon successful receipt of the Artwork, Product and/or Item back to us.

  • You will be refunded within 2 business days upon receipt of your returned Artwork, Product and/or Item using the same payment method used to pay for your purchase in the first place, as the route/account to refund your expenses.

 

Return Service Procedure

  • Send eMail at: sales@lehzenrenta.com and explain and attach clear photos of the items that present an issue.

  • Follow the instructions that we provide by return eMail.

  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your Artwork, Product, Item.

Cancellation

  • If you cancel your purchase, your order is subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Custom-Work orders cannot be cancelled once ordered and/or purchased.
